Workout Playlist – 3 tracks great for Running…

For me, music is an essential part of any workout. I have a particular playlist set up that helps to keep me in motion…This will be the first post in a series that will focus on those tracks I use…

I wanna start with three that work together. They make an excellent warm-up set: “The Maze Runner” (composed by John Paesano), Your New Lives” (composed by Paesano & Peter Anthony), and “Rescue” (again composed by Paesano). Oh, did I mention my playlist consists of Soundtrack Music?

These are very rhythmic, have strong sense of forward motion…perfect for running which is my warm-up 3 times a week. I usually play them in sequence, before switching the entire Playlist to Random for the rest of the workout.
